Overview

Flavia Siutti is a yoga teacher looking to elevate her digital presence and turn her website into a functional business tool. The project encompassed the full redesign and development of her personal brand site in Framer, including brand design, content structuring, a free class lead-generation flow, and integration with Tiendup for class and commerce management. The goal was to move beyond a generic wellness template and create a site that genuinely reflected her identity — calm, elevated, and intentional — while also supporting real business outcomes like class discovery, inquiries, and lead capture.

The Challenge

The existing site lacked visual cohesion and felt disconnected from Flavia's actual personality and teaching style. The biography section was text-heavy and difficult to navigate, the brand identity wasn't clearly defined, and there was no structured path for users to explore classes or take action. Additionally, integrating a third-party commerce platform (Tiendup) without breaking the visual consistency of the custom site presented a significant design and technical challenge. The project also expanded in scope mid-execution, requiring a second round of brand refinement beyond the original plan.

The Solution

I led both the design thinking and the full Framer implementation. I explored multiple typographic and visual directions to find a refined, editorial aesthetic that matched Flavia's tone. The biography page was restructured into digestible, hierarchical sections to improve readability and flow. A free class funnel was designed end-to-end — form, redirect logic, and a dedicated thank-you page with video delivery. Tiendup was visually adapted through custom styling to align with the Framer site's branding. Contact form UX copy, error and success states, and CTA messaging were all refined. Finally, I handled the full launch setup: domain connection via DonWeb, Framer publishing, editor access, and branded email configuration.

The Result

The final site presents Flavia's personal brand with a more sophisticated and consistent visual identity, clearly communicates her background and expertise, and supports key conversion paths — from class discovery to lead capture. The free class flow turned the site into an active lead-generation tool beyond a static informational page. The external Tiendup integration feels visually unified with the rest of the experience, reducing friction in the purchase flow. The site launched successfully with domain, contact, and email flows fully operational.
