Overview
The Midas Project is a nonprofit organization advocating for transparent and ethical AI development. The client needed a redesign that reflected authority, professionalism, and a journalistic tone. I redesigned the entire website in Framer — homepage, blog, Watchtower CMS, Careers, Leadership, and Volunteer pages — aligning it with a clean editorial style.

The Challenge
The previous site lacked hierarchy, consistency, and engagement. Its layout didn’t convey the credibility or impact of the organization’s mission, and the content experience felt fragmented.
The Solution
Implemented a new editorial system inspired by The New York Times, focusing on typographic hierarchy, white space, and rhythm. Designed reusable CMS components for articles and Watchtower reports, added filters and search features, and refined visual storytelling across all sections.
The Result
A cohesive, high-credibility design that communicates trust and professionalism. The new site strengthened The Midas Project’s reputation as a thought leader in AI ethics and made their research easier to navigate and engage with.
